I am an experienced dog sitter for my friends' and family's dogs when they go away on vacation or for weekend getaways. I've had experience with huskies, dachsunds, beagles, chihuahuas, pitbulls, and a few other breeds. I love all dogs, and I am happy to meet your furry friend! I live in a pet-friendly building in Harlem, and I know the local parks to take dogs on fun walks. I am very cautious with other people's dogs and treat them like my own children when I am dogsitting. From socializing dogs with other dogs and people to adapting to my home, I like to take baby steps with dogs to make sure they are comfortable and feel safe every step of the way. I am good with giving dogs lots of love and attention while also maintaining boundaries of letting dogs know what is and isn't allowable behavior - i.e. attempting to sneak food, growling, barking at others, etc. My flexible work from home job allows me to be vigilant when dog-sitting and take dogs for frequent walks. I also believe every dog is a pup at heart!
