Hi! I'm a young professional who came to Madison to attend UW and decided not to leave. Unfortunately, my apartment doesn't allow pets, so I can't have a dog. We had dogs in my home since I've been alive, and I adore them! I'd love to spend more time with dogs, if they'd like to walk with me. I cut back on exercise to work more hours during college, but I love walking/hiking, even in less-than-ideal weather, and would love to get back in shape by walking with dogs and making them happy. I'm not a veterinarian, but I can handle basic dog needs easily, and don't mind the "business" part of the dog walking business. My job is in art sales, event planning, and customer service for the Wisconsin Union, but I have an hours cap of 20 hours per week. I thought it would be perfect to get a job working with dogs, instead of worrying about finding an apartment that allows them, since I can't afford one of those apartments right now. Make lemons into lemonade, right? Hoping your dogs will love me as much as I love dogs!
