Pet care experience
My old neighbor used to live on a 4 acre lot and he would often leave on vacation in the summer. I would come over and feed the dogs and play with them. I also walk my friends' dogs when I have the chance. I used to be scared of dogs when I was growing up because I got jumped on by one when I was six year old. I don't know what changed but now I love dogs. I can't go to the beach without petting every dog I see. Currently, I am in school to become a pharmacy technician but I wouldn't mind taking on this job for fun. I also love other animals like cats, bunnies, birds and turtles. My dream is to open a rescue shelter for animals and change lives.

I want to know if there are certain things that the dog is scared of or that agitates the dog, if they can't be around other dogs, how often they eat and what they eat, and if they have vision, hearing or health problems, and what to do in case of an emergency, for example if the dog has a hard time breathing. I don't have any breed preferences, I like all dogs.
A typical day
If the neighborhood is safe and not full of cars I will walk the dog there or if there is a nearby park I can drive there to take a run there. Some activities I enjoy doing with dogs are playing hide and seek, soccer, fetch, and frisbee. In the summer I entertain dogs with water and blowing bubbles. I go to school at WSU and work Monday Wednesday and Friday until 5 pm. And Tuesday's and Thursday's I extern. I can do 30 minute walks or 1 hour walks depending on how busy my day is.
