It's safe to say that my entire family is made of dog-lovers. At my house there are currently two dogs, both lab and beagle mixes. The older dog is 9 years old and only has three legs, the younger dog is a puppy, she's only a couple months old. They love going on adventures, whether it's to parks or just being included on a ride while I'm running errands. Most of my family members have two dogs in their houses of all different breeds. Growing up around so many dogs got me interested in becoming a veterinarian for a while. I participated in an internship at a veterinary hospital and I worked in a Camp Bow Wow (dog boarding) in high school. Being around dogs brings me so much joy. They're unconditional love and the excitement they show when you walk through the front door just shows that they are man's best friend. Taking care of dogs, walking them and playing with them, actually brings me a lot of peace. It acts as a stress-reliever to take time out of the day to get outside and walk through the park. I'm a very active person, I love running, hiking, and swimming, so getting you dog the exercise he/she need is no problem because they'll just be a friend that joins me on my regularly active schedules. I've been petsitting dogs of all ages and breeds for many different families around my town and decided now to look for more families to help out.
