Pet care experience
My name is Anessa. I love animals and want to help people in need of pet care. I feel I am qualified to look after pets as I have experience with pet care via previous employment at a pet store, as well as experience dog-sitting both on and off Rover. At my pet workplace, I made sure food and water bowls were always filled and cages were always cleaned regularly. My past profession has given me the chance to learn the skills needed to provide excellent care. I do have a bit of experience administering medications to pets as well, but I am willing to learn new skills to ensure quality care for pets too. Our pets are family, and are very important to us.

Anessa was willing to help me out on very short notice for a long weekend which was greatly appreciated! She took great care of my dog and was very open to my drop off and pick up times. Good experience all around.
Anessa did a great job providing day care for our dog Piper. She was responsive to my texts and sent regular updates.
I was very happy to find Anessa. We were travelling and I had booked someone to care for our dog due to a conference we had to attend. My first sitter backed out at almost the last minute and Anessa immediately said yes when I approached her. In the short time that she cared for our dog she walked her, played with her, but first she allowed Molly to come to her and to get to know her surroundings. We were pleased with the level of care she provided.

In my home, I make sure doors are closed behind me so my cat doesn't escape outdoors. I make sure my cat has her collar on which has my phone number on the collar tag, and she is chipped so I make sure the chip is updated in the event that she escapes.

A typical day
I enjoy playing with my cat's ball toys, lazers and strings. I also have a harness for her to go explore outside on fairly warm days.

Availability
I have a cat, so everyday I daily spot-check her litter and top up her food and water dish. She is a needy cat, so she also often is cuddled next to me, recieving many scratches. She also has medication she needs administered orally, so I have experience administering pills via oral.
