I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I struggled with leaving one or not. There was a few things that bothered me. I had booked and paid extra for the 1 hr walk. 4/5 days I think it was 15-30 minutes. I asked Andy about it on Thursday and he said he must’ve missed it. I get that. Sometimes things happen. Friday night I got home from work and my dog couldn’t get out of his bed. He hobbled over to me and his paws were black and bleeding. It looked like he had been running on asphalt and then stopping abruptly the way the cuts were on his paws. I asked Andy about it and he said he had just been taking him to the parking lot next to my house and throwing the ball or frisbee. I mean I get it if you’re going to do this in the grass. But asphalt? Needless to say my dog hasn’t been able to quite walk the same yet. Hopefully the salve and ointment will speed up his healing process. Sorry for the bad review. I hate to do it. But when my dog can barely walk for 2 days and doesn’t seem to have an appetite I wonder what happened.

Summit stayed with Andy for a week and this was the first time we have used Rover, so we were a little nervous to leave our dog child. Andy was super communicative and I felt 100% comfortable leaving him with Summit. He sent us cute pictures of their walks and I know that Summit had a good time :) He was also super nice about our flight being delayed upon our return to get Summit. I will 100% use Andy again when we need another sitter. Thanks Andy :)
