Hello my name is Dru, Born and raised Rochester Native. I have a 9 year old Imperial Shih Tzu named “Gizmo” I’ve had him since he was a pup and he’s THEE coolest dog you’ll ever meet lol, I know everyone says that but he is. We reside in Rochester’s Metro area where we take lots of walks, visit nearby parks and frequent stops at pet supplies plus on Monroe. We can’t wait to meet our new friends! My goal is to provide you and your families best friend with an enjoyable and seem less experience. Any time strangers are in the mix when it comes to any personal service I to can find myself overly weary especially when it comes to my family or my family pet (who is also family lol), so understand me when I say I would love to meet you and do a free consultation to earn your business before any commitments are made! For overnight visits, friends will have their own comfortable sleeping arrangements in host room, All dogs are welcome no matter the breed or size, If a cage is preferable by owner that can also be arranged. Treats are provided for friends at owners specified diet instructions. Great with basic commands and basic training while on job for our younger pups🐶

I recently moved to Rochester from Baltimore and had an amazing person who took care of my kids in Baltimore. I was so worried about finding the same caliber individual. I went on Rover and searched. I had about 5 responses and had 2 meet and greets set up. I took a chance on Andrew as he was new to the business but when he came over he was timely, pleasant, respectful and actually spent more time with my kids than me.....a great sign! He also had a dog and, like myself, talked about his dog like it was his child. I left to go out of town for a week and Andrew did a great job with the directions I gave him and kids love him. He even took pictures and texted them to me while I was on my business trip. I’m VERY picky and took a chance with Andrew and hit the jackpot of a young respectful, caring, and dependable pet sitter. I highly recommend Andrew for your pet services.
Drew has been house/dog sitting for me for a couple of years now. I have 3 small dogs and a cat that love him. Knowing that sets my mind at ease going on vacation ect. My family and I highly recommend him.
Dru and his family have been been friends of our family for over 20 years, His mother used to breed Golden Retrievers in San Bernadino, CA when and where we met them. He’s always been great with our family pets as we travel between CA and NY frequently, He’s always our first choice to watch our babies.
My wife and I have a 2 year old American Pit Bull Terrier named “Romeo”, Andrew watches him 2-3 times a week when mine and my wife work schedules collide, he’s great with him and always makes sure he gets enough exercise! He conducts himself with professionalism and will treat your pet like family, Highly recommended!

Gizmo is very well trained, routine is the best when it comes to dogs, we stick to our daily routine which ensures he receives the proper amount of daily exercise. When it comes to client’s homes I always ask the client if they have any preferences, Can easily adapt to the home’s environment and quickly settle in a routine with the dog(s)

A typical day
Daily physical and mental exercise is key for pets. Being native of Rochester is a huge advantage, I know some great social dog runs, I have a membership to the Cobbs Hill dog run which give me and any pets that are with me access, if the pet enjoys less social environments I know many tranquil walking paths and open areas. Throwing the Frisbee is a my go to!

I am a self employed artist and graphic designer, I love what I do cause it allows me to create but more than that it gives me the freedom and schedule flexibility needed when having a family and being a pet owner. I have multiple extended breaks within my day that allows me to serve all of my clients and their pets at a high and professional level!
