Fur baby caretaker 15+ years. Love to tucker out energetic pets and provide a safe loving environment to put owners at ease. I am an active individual who loves parks and is not far from Buchanan Dog park. I am highly responsive of your pets daily schedules in regards to meals, walking and potty breaks. The added tummy rubs are a bonus for me and them. I grew up with larger pets and am very comfortable around them. In addition, I have cared for and loved smaller four legged buddies too. I am kean on cleaning up after and grooming your pets (neither pets nor humans like tangled hair!) I follow instructions to the exact measures pet owners lay out for me to follow, but will not be afraid to ask questions to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets are met.

We’d never left our older rescue cat before and were very apprehensive. Andrew quickly put our fears to rest. He came over a couple of days before our trip and asked many (thoughtful) questions to put us at our ease. Whilst we were away he sent emails and pictures of Boo which were greatly appreciated. Andrew was just great!! We now know we can take small trips away thanks to Rover…and especially to Andrew! Thank you from all of us…Boo included!

I care for your pets as if they were my own. Ensuring their daily needs are met with additional love to build a secure relationship with them and their owners. If pets are allowed on furniture that's great, mine weren't so I'm not one to be pushed around when lounging occurs. I will ask upfront about any medications, or special dietary restrictions upfront so yoyr pets health remains balanced. If your pet loves to socialize, I do not live far from our local dog park so they can have their extroverted needs met. If they are a reserved pet, one on one walks to exercise are just as important. Structure is important and I like to maintain your pets daily structure so that you can be at rest knowing they are being loved but well taken care of.

It is necessary to know up front your pets medical needs. Anything from oral medication, specific dietary needs, not too much TV, or cleaning of their ears and eyes.
A typical day
Rise and shine I will walk your dogs on a healthy walk to give them time for their potty break followed by their breakfast, unless instructed otherwise. Afternoon activity is a must whether it be a hike in the park or a walk around the block. If they enjoy fetch I will gladly play. If fetch isn't their preferred activity and would rather chase sticks I am here to provide whatever stimuli necessary to create a happy healthy environment.

Availability
I work as a server at a local restaurant 3 nights a week starting at 4 pm and ends around 10:30 pm which gives me 4 full days to attend to your pets needs. Being an early riser is important to me so waking up to get your pets day started is not an issue.
