Dogs make me HAPPY!!!
Pet care experience
I have always been the dog person in my family and cared for many different breeds, genders, sizes, demeanors, etc. I am used to high maintenance dogs as well as anything, previously having a Husky for 9 years, and I simply love to have them around, play with them, train them, run/hike/walk with them. Dogs make life more enjoyable!
Reviews
Andrew was amazing! So great to our Joss while we were away! Highly recommend and will use again!
My dog had a great time with Drew.
My dog loves going to Drew's house! They love her and treat her like their own pupper and I always know she's in good hands when I leave her with them :)
Drew is the definition of a dog person. I've never seen a dog that doesn't like him. He is mindful of the dogs needs and makes sure the dog is always comfortable and having fun! Drew is responsible and kind. I would trust him with my dog any day.

We have a very pet-friendly house with a back yard (unfenced but we do have a long dog run for any leash necessary pets), and hardwood floors on the inside. The furniture is ok for pets to be on as long as the owner is ok with them being on the furniture, though we do keep dogs off of beds. We have very friendly neighbor dogs nearby for them to play with if they are ok with other dogs (a Golden Doodle and Australian Shepherd across the street), and I am very active so would love to take them for a hike or run during the day or evening if they are able to.
Information Andrew R. would like to know about your pet
Any medications or health issues, injuries or behavioral traits that may be important to note. As well as any dietary restrictions or plans are important to make sure they have comfort while getting used to a new place. Generally, if your dog has any issues with people (specifically kids) or other dogs, it is useful to know as we do have other families and pets in our neighborhood and it's often we may come across them on walks.
A typical day
I live in a quiet neighborhood adjacent Stagecoach State Park, which is a quick 10 min walk to a trail that circumnavigates the lake and offers plenty of great swimming spots as well as some fresh springs for the dogs to drink out of. We also have a backyard for fetch, potty breaks and plenty of dog toys to keep them busy. I also love going on trail runs, hikes or walks and there are dozens of single track trails nearby to take your dog on a longer adventure. The opportunities for fun are endless!

Availability
I currently work remote at home everyday, and I generally get at least 2-3 nice long 30+ min walks in everyday around our quiet neighborhood or around the lake that is a 10 min down the road. There's never any issue in letting a dog out to potty or go for a walk as my schedule is very flexible and I love the extra reasons to be outside.
