Andrew is not only a great friend, but one of the most diligent and responsible employees I've ever worked with. He continually goes above and beyond to ensure that he provides quality service and takes the extra time to account for little details that I believe most people would overlook. He never took his eyes off his kids as a camp counselor, and went so far as to get to know the children in other groups as well, aiding the other counselors with group dynamics and keeping a meticulous account of any dietary restrictions or health needs of his children. He's set apart by his respect and his friendliness, and I would count on him to take excellent care of whatever, or whomever I deliver into his trust.
