I’m Andrew and I love dogs! They are one of the greatest blessings and joys in life and I believe every dog deserves to be fully and completely loved. Pet sitting with Rover is a great opportunity for me to be able to care for and enjoy the company of another pooch. I don’t have any certifications or special training with pet care, but I have plenty of personal experience as I have had dogs for over 13 years. My home is an excellent place for pets. I allow my own pup to be on the furniture and bed. Also, my building has a decently sized gated dog area and a separate gated dog park. I work from home, so owners can be comforted knowing that their dog will not be alone during their stay with me. They will know that their pet is in the care of a fellow dog owner and lover.

Andrew was extremely attentive to my pet and followed instructions accurately. Without request, he made sure to send me photos and videos of my pet frequently throughout the day and evening. Despite being a very shy dog, my pup got acquainted to Andrew very quickly and nothing makes me happier than seeing my dog enjoy her stay at a sitter's. I highly recommend Andrew as a sitter and will always trust that he will be able to take good care of my pet and keep her happy.
Andrew was amazing with our two dogs Scooter and Winston. Our two dogs warmed up to him right away. It is very apparent that Andrew cares a lot about the well being of the dogs. We cannot recommend Andrew enough, and we will definitely be using him again in the near future.
Andrew has watched my dog for me on a number of occasions, and has done such a wonderful job that my dog becomes ridiculously happy when she sees him and whines incessantly when she knows she's about to leave him. I would recommend him to any dog owner without hesitation.

I’d like to know about your pet’s walking schedule, eating schedule, and exercise requirements. Also, is your pooch good around other dogs as I do have my own dog.
A typical day
When I meet a new four-legged friend, I like to earn their trust through both treats and affection. Once they know that I am not a threat, I’ll try to play with them. When I care for your pup, I’ll walk and feed them timely and consistently. I’ll play with them and show them love and affection. When we go on walks, I’ll take your fur baby around my neighborhood or to the park so that they can enjoy some outdoor freedom. As a pet owner, I know the feeling of missing your dog while you’re away. That’s why I send my human clients as many photos and videos as I can during our time together. I work full-time, but since I work from home, I’m able to provide pets with all the care they need. There is no better feeling than seeing a happy pup wagging their tail!
