To describe Andrew Frazier as "a dog person" would be a gross understatement. In the seven years I've known him, I can confidently say that he has never once neglected to admire a dog passing by; never once failed to stop and marvel at the hypnotic chaos of a dog park; never once forgotten to take a series of pictures and videos of his family's Bichon Frise when he goes home.
