We had the pleasure of leaving our beloved Chow Chow Kenzo with Andreea and her partner, and we couldn't be happier with the care they provided. From the moment we dropped him off, Andreea was enthusiastic and attentive to his needs. She created a WhatsApp group to keep us updated with daily updates, which was a nice touch that we appreciated. Andreea was always quick to respond to our messages and provided us with regular updates and photos of Kenzo throughout his stay. We were impressed by how knowledgeable Andree was about dogs and their behavior. She seemed to really understand Kenzo's needs and personality, which gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Kenzo took some time to settle in, but Andreea and her partner were very accommodating, patient, and caring towards him. Their own dog, Vanilla, is lovely and well-behaved, and it was great to see that both dogs got along well. Andreea made sure that Kenzo had his favorite treats, even going out of her way to get him some Dentastix and ham when he didn't have them. We were thrilled to learn that Kenzo got more walks than usual, and we could tell from the pictures Andreea sent us that he was happy and content. When Kenzo developed a hot spot, Andreea even took the extra effort to apply the medication we left for him. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and Andreea was flexible with our schedule, which we really appreciated. Andreea's home was clean and tidy, and we could tell that Kenzo was comfortable there. Overall, we would highly recommend Andreea to anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet sitter. She went above and beyond to ensure that Kenzo had a great stay, and we're so grateful for the excellent care she provided.
