Pet care experience
I grew up with a black lab in our house, and surrounded by dogs in my extended family and neighborhood that I frequently played with and dog sat when their owners were away. I grew up a dog person through and through! I am also very organized and responsible, so feeding, medicine or walking schedules are not a problem to keep to. I want to make your dog as comfortable as possible while in my care, so I prefer keeping them to their normal schedule as much as possible. I would love to have a dog of my own, but with my work and travel schedule I do not feel like it would be fair to the animal right now. Therefore, I hope to help others by watching their dogs on the weekends/evenings, and also give myself an opportunity to have fun with dogs without having one of my own.

Andrea was great with my pup Millie! She was very responsive and sent cute pictures and updates throughout the weekend. I have already booked her for another stay!
Andrea did a great job of taking care of my three high maintenance pups! One is a 14 year old with all kinds of senior issues (accidents inside, falls, struggling to stand up on wood floor, etc.) and one is my current foster dog who has extreme anxiety and is terrified of people. Andrea took care of them, and my low maintenance pitbull, excellently and kept in constant contact with me throughout the weekend. My dogs all range from 55-75lbs and they are strong- walking them is no easy feat! I would definitely use Andrea again!
I used Andrea to walk my dog every morning for a three week period while I was out of town. She was prompt, efficient and kept me informed daily with pictures and information. She also understood the importance of giving my active standard poodle a good workout instead of just a walk around the block. I would highly recommend her and plan to use her again in the future.
Andrea did an excellent job taking care of our beagle while we were away! She was very good with our dog that is shy around new people. Andrea gave us peace of mind by keeping us up to date with how our pup was doing. We will definitely re-book and recommend to anyone needing a pet sitter :)

A typical day
I live in the North Hills, so there are plenty of nice neighborhoods to walk through, as well as the capital green way, and other trails for walks and runs. If the owner, and dog are up for it, there is also a dog park nearby, as well as plenty of green space to throw balls, Frisbee, etc.
