Hi there, I’m Andrea and I am so glad you’re reading my profile! I became a pet sitter because I absolutely love dogs--and I know I’ll love yours. Please reach out to me if you need any kind of care for your pet! Boarding, house sitting, walking--I do it all. I spent my childhood surrounded by dogs. I love taking care of dogs because they are genuinely kind animals. Just one look at a happy doggy face can change your whole day! All dogs are unique, and I’m excited to get to know as many different types of breeds and personalities as I can. I’m reliable--and I know how hard it is to leave your pet behind, so you can definitely count on me. I have a lot of experience working with small breeds. I have had Maltese since childhood, and they are fabulous little dogs. We also had a lot of medium sized dogs as family pets, so I am comfortable with them as well. I may be small but I've got plenty of strength and can handle the strong, pulling dogs too! I volunteer at the Miami-Dade Animal Shelter and I take care of pets at the shelter along with foster pets whenever I have the space for it. It’s wonderful to see these deserving animals find their forever homes. The animals in my care are my number one priority. I want all pets to feel comfortable around me so I make sure they get to do all the things they normally do at home. I follow all owner-requested procedures for pets, such as their medications and feeding times so that they do not fall off of their routines. I always provide plenty of exercise and I have a dog park nearby where the dogs can run around and play! I'm all super excited to meet you. Please reach out if you have any questions!
