Welcome to The Roberts Rover Retreat! Here, your babies are part of the family! They are loved and spoiled and are welcome to live their best pup life! I am a stay at home mom with a 4year old son, my husband works mostly from home, and we have 1 young puppy in the home. We have the availability to give the love and attention that your pooch needs while you are away! I have been a dog lover and owner for most of my life and have provided boarding and daycare services in the past from puppies to senior dogs and have experience administering medications, as well as caring for a non-hearing dog, and a tripod dog. There will be plenty of love and attention for your babies. We have a 1yr old female longhaired dachshund puppy. Our son and pup enjoy giving and getting attention from all of our canine company! We have a large fenced-in back yard, in a quiet dog-friendly neighborhood perfect for walks and exercise. We are a dog-friendly home where they are welcome on the furniture and are sure to receive lots of love and attention.

Andrea and her family truly are the best. When we leave town we know our boy is happy and taken care of. Some times I think he might like being there more than being home with us!

We love to play and provide stimulating activities for pups in our home by providing lick mats, Kongs with treats, toys, and lots of playtime in the yard. In your home we can do any of the above that you provide, as well as walking well-behaved (leash trained) dogs.

Temperament around children and small dogs, key commands, feeding schedules, behaviors (are they food possessive, leash-trained, create-trained, etc) diet, medication requirements, restrictions, any concerns about containment- will they try to jump a fence or run out the door, etc. Any other concerns or special attention I should know about.
A typical day
We like to take walks around the neighborhood trails in warm weather. We have a large fenced back yard and a doggie door for 24-hr access, and lots of toys. There is an off-leash dog park nearby as well as parks to let your pooch get plenty of exercise. We also love to snuggle on the couch for all of the babies that need extra love!
