I am a retired school teacher and my free time has led me to meet, and work with Andrea as a Make A Wish partner. She and I have interviewed many children in this program and collaborated together in helping them “realize” their wishes. This is a volunteer position and Andrea is so giving of her time, very compassionate and sensitive to each and every child. At some point during the interview process you can expect Andrea to get out her phone and say, “Can I show you a picture of my dog?” If any of our families have pets, it is very clear she is an animal lover as she lights up with a genuine smile upon seeing them. Even with the time requirements she has with her job and school, she organizes her schedule to free up the time needed to help provide these kids with, oftentimes, “a dream of a lifetime.” She, on many occasions, has impressed me with her selflessness, initiative and easygoing personality. She definitely makes this world a better place!

Andi has lots of experience with dogs and is very sweet! There’s no need to worry because she will take great care of your furry best friend!
