Pet care experience
I am a recently graduated and certified Physician Assistant awaiting state licensure and hospital onboarding. I am not set to start until mid-October, and what better way to spend the summer than playing with pups! My 15-year-old labradoodle, Tucker, has been my main focus, though throughout the years, I have fostered many dogs for animal shelters and often host friends, family and clients’ dogs. My schedule is wide open, so I am very flexible. If you are considering having your fluffer stay here, my house is fenced, so it’s ideal for fetch or just playing. Also, I live right by the Metroparks which I love exploring with the dogs! I am also willing to travel to your residence if that suits your needs better. As a PA-C awaiting state licensure and not set to start until mid-October, I have all the time in the world to care for the pups. I am an active gal, and depending on the dog breed/age, I like to burn my energy as much as they do! I enjoy taking walks around Lakewood or through the Metroparks, but my 15-year old labradoodle can't quite keep up like he used to. I also have a large, fenced-in backyard that is perfect for them to run and play.

Andrea did a fantastic job!. She sent pictures right away to ease my anxiety about leaving Lila. It was very sweet. Lila had a great time playing in the hose and with some friends. We left her for 9 days in early July for a vacation. Andrea is always very quick to respond to any messages and was very accommodating. Thank you!

Andrea. Is. Amazing! This was our first time leaving our dog in a day care or using Rover and Andrea was sure to make it a great experience. She sent us pics of our dog throughout the day and made sure we were comfortable. Her knowledge is something you can only get with a lot of experience with animals, so she knew exactly how to keep our dog busy and happy. She had a couple of other pups there during our dog’s visit , but was sure to assess temperaments and group accordingly. My dog even ended up making a BF thanks to Andrea’s match making skills. If you love your dog and want to have a worry-free stay, chose Andrea. She’s awesome. If we are ever in the area, we’ll definitely be sure to use again!

Please let me know his/her eating schedule, the correct amount of food, their favorite things to do, any rules that you prefer I implement (ex. staying off furniture), and anything else you can think of! I hope I get to meet the fluffy friend! Also, if there is anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable through the process, I am more than happy to help. Growing up with Tucker without Rover, we had to put him in a kennel a couple of times for vacation and I remember how terrible I felt for him. So, although you aren't dropping him off at a kennel, I'm sure leaving your best friend with a stranger doesn't feel that much better...... so I'd love to help reassure you as well :)
A typical day
I am up early in the morning and always tend to the pups right away. I like sitting outside the majority of the morning with coffee and the dogs. Afternoon walks are a must! But, they will stay active--as stated above :)
