Need someone to check in on your dog while you’re away at work? Look no further! I’ll provide exercise and stimulation during those long days away from home. Ever since a young age I have had an unconditional love for dogs and other animals. I knew from the time I could talk that I wanted to pursue a career in animals. In 2018 I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Animal Science. I took a handful of animal welfare and animal nutrition classes, one specifically in companion animal nutrition. I have continued to work with dogs through a job at a veterinary clinic and volunteer work. I’m now a graduate student at Colorado State University in the Animal Sciences program. Besides pursuing a career in animals they have also been a past time of mine for my entire life. For pets at home I grew up with a chocolate lab, brittany spaniel, and three cats. Before the dogs my family has right now I had a sheltie for nine years. Personally, I have a black lab/kelpie mix, a DSH orange tabby, and four rats. I love and care for animals and am open to sitting all of your furry friends! If you were to choose me to care for your dog(s) I would provide quality care. I love interacting with dogs, and make sure that they are treated respectfully and the way that I believe animals need to be treated. I do not yell at or scold dogs, I love to cuddle and pet them, and I am aware of what all is involved in dog care.
