About Sampson

Sampson is a 6, almost 7, year old Great Pyrenees Mix. He was a rescue so I do not know what he is mixed with.

  • Weight: 90lbs
  • Breed: Great Pyrenees
  • Tracking Chip: No
  • Neutered: True
  • House Trained: Yes
  • Gets along with children: Yes
He won't admit it but I think he likes kids better than adults.
  • Gets along with other dogs: Yes
He grew up coming to work with me at a dog daycare so he is great with other dogs.
  • Gets along with cats: Yes
He shares his house with 4 cats and never has had an issue with them.

Special Requirements

Had surgery when he was younger for a knee issue so he may occasionally need a break after excessive play.

About Jill

Jill is a foster dog who I am currently looking for a home for. I don't know much about her past but she is a very sweet girl. Like any dog, though, she does have some quirks. Despite her quirks, she is very obedient and lives to please. She would make a great addition to a family without any cats, small animals, or small children.

  • Sex: Female
  • Age: 7 years, 2 mo. old
  • Weight: 40lbs
  • Breed: Border Collie
  • Tracking Chip: Yes
  • Spayed: True
  • House Trained: Yes
  • Gets along with children: Yes
Yes, but I am still cautious about her being around young kids who are crying or running around a lot. She has herding instincts when someone is running around and may nip at your heels/legs. She also gets very focused on weird noises, such as a baby crying, which is why I'd be skeptical in those situations.
  • Gets along with other dogs: Yes
  • Gets along with cats: Yes
It is a work in progress. She consistently stares at 3 of my cats but she responds well when you tell her to leave it. If she gets very excited around the cats, I'd be nervous that it wouldn't go well because of her herding instincts. One of my cats did stand up to her in the beginning and now she doesn't bother him at all, so there may be hope for a good cat and dog interaction some day.
