From 5th grade until college, I grew up with a family dog we adopted from a shelter. In college, I used to babysit my mom's and friend's dogs for weeks at a time while they were out of town. Now I own a Husky-Pomeranian mix. I've raised him since he was 3 months old; house trained him, taking him for walks, socializing him, teaching him new tricks weekly. We frequently experience dog parks around our area. I also volunteering at the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center.
