I grew up with and around dogs of all sizes and breeds. Our 4 dogs (two newly adopted rescues!) enjoy plenty of love, attention, outside time and play time with us and each other. My husband and I have a big backyard at our house with close proximity to parks, running and hiking trails. Our dogs are family members, not just pets. Our dogs are trained with hand signals and commands rather than treats. We often take our dogs camping or to dog-friendly events; if that is something your pup would enjoy, please let me know!
