Beware... My 2 dogs stayed with several different sitters during our road trip. They only stayed with Andrea for a few hours while we went to a water park. Andrea was the only bad experience that we had. After booking and paying for the stay through Rover on the terms we agreed on, she attempted to gouge the price in the middle of their stay. I received a message at 6:20pm that she had decided to increase the price after 5:30 pm. I was not sure if I was going to have to pay more just to get my furbabies back. If she wanted more money, she should have disclosed that information before agreeing to keep them in the first place. She knew the hours that we intended to be at the water park before we booked and we agreed on a set fee before I left them in her care. I feel like it was dirty pool and disrespectful when she changed her mind during the stay. It caused undue stress during my vacation, and we left the waterpark earlier than we had intended to make sure my furbabies made it back to me safe and secure. Thankfully I was able to retrieve them without any further issues. But I would also add that they are on a special diet and she had instructions regarding that diet, however, failed to follow my instructions by giving them a (Large) treat wish I did not supply.

Andrea is a smart, sensitive, and caring person. She has a dog named Boozie who is spoiled beyond his well being. She takes very good care of him and he is very obnoxious because of it.
