Andrea really goes above and beyond when it comes to pet care. Her love and knowledge of animals is so evident in her work and her attitude. I trust her with my elderly cat AND my special needs rescue puppy, both of whom have lists of specific directions and restrictions. She's gentle, kind,and caring but most of all she is incredibly capable. When we use her as a pet sitter/walker she is on time, organized, friendly and very loving towards my animals. She even sends photo and video updates for us which is just the sweetest thing ever! My cat is in such a good mood when she's been caring for him, he's not stressed or upset when we get back because instead of just feeding him she also sits with him and snuggles him, giving him the affection and attention he needs. She is also really great with the puppy, she always uses his appropriate walking gear, adjusts it correctly (so it doesn't pinch him or be too loose), and makes sure he doesn't eat anything dangerous on his walks. Even my fiancé can't always get the walking gear on right! I'm always so impressed by her, and will always use her as my first choice in pet care because she's almost as good as being there myself!
