Saludos! Se habla español también. Dogs are family. They deserve the attention and care that comes selflessly from the heart. As a doctoral student in clinical Psychology , I have a strong sense of empathy for others and that definitely includes animals as well. I love dogs. I strongly believe that we must acknowledge that dogs have their own unique preferences and needs according to their personality; I am a patient and passionate young woman, who's committed to make your dog happy by fulfilling those needs... How? By TRULY getting to know your doggy. I believe in comprehension, kindness and love. I've had experience interacting and taking care of dogs from a large variety of breeds and mixed ones as well. I'm very responsible with following specifications provided by owners, such as paying attention to detail is one of my biggest assets. I'm happy to answer any question you might have for me. Welcome! My name is Andrea and I’m happy to host your Rover experience. 🐾 Let me start by letting you know that every Rover sitter has their own individual care-giving style, methods and preferences. My Services: Drop In Visits are 30 minute visits to your home for potty breaks in back yard and play time/cuddles for your doggie. 🤗 I’ll also follow your instruction if doggie needs to be fed, needs water or additional attentions, like oral medications for example. If you need me to take your doggie out from your property, to walk around your neighborhood for potty, I do a maximum of 10 minute walks; if requested. If you requiere a longer walk, I would strongly suggest you change the booking from ‘Drop in’ to ‘Walk’ instead. Walks are a 30 minute leashed walk around your neighborhood. I can still provide food, water and medications; but no play time included. Usually clients prefer to meet up to get to know me a bit and see if the doggy likes me. Others feel comfortable enough to skip that meet and greet and want to go straight to the service. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, meet and greets are temporarily being held by videoconference. If you do not wish to meet up virtually we’ll have a very detailed conversation concerning my credentials, your doggie, and your instructions via messages instead of if person. It’s very important to me that we discuss all the information necessary to ensure a successful visit for all of us. If we both decide we’re a good fit and we book a “Walk” “Drop-in” or “Housesitting“ services I will need access to your home. I have some clients that hand me a key, others have hiding spots for it and just tell me where to look. Others assign me a code for access. No problem with any of those. After I’m done with a Drop In visit or Walk visit you’ll receive a Rover Card. It will contain information for you concerning how the visit went, activity log , quantity of potties, if doggie ate... etc. You’ll also get pictures of us🤗🐾. I also provide Doggie Boarding and House Sitting, for info. about those just ask me, I’ll be happy to fill you in. Go ahead and send me a message 😊 Let me know if you have any questions about the desired service and let’s start talking about your furr baby 🐾🐶😄
Reviews
Andrea was very sweet from the moment we met her. She kept us informed on our dog’s wellbeing and activity. One day, she had an emergency and ran late to see our pet, but she told us as soon as she could. Other than that, she was a wonderful care taker.
Good communication. Nice long, detailed check in. Thanks for your services.
Andrea is so sweet and loves all animals! She is reliable and professional. We will definitely be using her services again soon! ♡

DISCLAIMER: I cannot take care of violently aggressive dogs or dogs that lash out unexpectedly, sadly it's a deal breaker for me. If you have any doubts concerning my disclaimer, I’ll be glad to clarify. For Dog Boarding purposes I can only host smaller dogs (2-18 pounds) that are crate trained/housebroken. It's essential that I get notified or briefed throughly about any health conditions, medication schedule or special need accommodations, so I can adjust accordingly to be able to provide adequate care. Also, I'd love to know your doggy's general likes and dislikes, and general behavior pattern: playful or passive. So I can adjust adequately to your baby’s needs. And give him/her a great time. When I’m hosting your baby in my home I want them to feel as comfortable as they are at home, so I encourage parents to bring all of their favorite things. Beds, toys, blankets etc. Things that are a MUST bring: food and water bowls, of course their food, collar with dog tag, leash and walking harness if you own one.
