I’m Andrea and I’m more than happy to care for your four legged friends! I have been dog/cat sitting for about 6 years now and have come to love every animal I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. ♥️ I’m an experienced dog groomer that worked with dogs of every ability, age, breed, and personality. My knowledge of dog grooming carries into my care for dog-sitting clients as well. Growing up and working with dogs and cats gives me the understanding and experience to care for them and ability to cater to their every need. I understand that not every dog is the same and each have their own quirks, personalities, preferences, and temperament. My goal is to work with your dog personally and learn these traits to make a good fit for them as their dog-sitter!

Andrea is the BEST pet and house sitter I've ever used. She is kind, professional, timely, easy to talk to, easy to reach and was absolutely wonderful with all 9 of our animals (7 cats and 2 dogs). She is safety first which I completely support and she has her assistant Anthony accompany her. Anthony is so sweet and kind. All 9 of our fur babies loved them both!! Andrea and Anthony were able to bond with our dogs, including our recent rescue Buddy (a ChiRussel) with a heart condition who is very untrusting. Within a few hours he was completely comfortable with them and sitting on Andrea's lap or following her around the house. His medication was given perfectly as well. Our 100 pound German Shepherd loved both of them so much she didn't want them to leave. It was so nice having Anthony help especially since our German Shepherd can be a bit silly and jumpy. At 100 pounds it can be difficult for some but both of them were at ease with her. We were constantly updated during their stay and we received a photo of our happy fur babies. They are both security conscious and extremely patient. I talked their ears off about the animals at our meet and greet and made a ridiculous list of things for their stay. Notwithstanding my overbearing nature, they were both so sweet and kind, never complaining about me or my requests and completing everything I asked. It's always a concern when someone else stays in your house but they instantly put our minds at ease and we were totally comfortable having them stay. They were extremely respectful and the house was clean and in perfect condition when we returned. The rates are by far the best on this entire App. I even tipped them $100 because they are so great! We will never use another sitter and only use Andrea and Anthony from here on out! I can't recommend them enough and they are worth every single penny!
Stayed with my big, neurotic American bulldog while I was on vacation. He went on lots of walks, hikes, trips to the beach and restaurants, along with some proper couch-sitting time (his favorite!) PLUS, was there with him through two(!) earthquakes (NOT his favorite!) My dog had a better vacation than I did. Highly recommended.

A typical day
I absolutely love hiking all terrains, long walks, and fishing. Personal hikes I enjoy are in the Santa Monica Mountains, and the San Gabriel Mountains. I’ve taken previous clients to all these activities and more (as long as they enjoy a long-ish car ride)!

Availability
I am currently working full-time and will leave around 6 AM and will come back around 4 PM. However, I do wake up early enough for 30 minute walks before leaving and will walk again upon returning. I understand most dogs prefer all day company, which I can do most winters and summers. I do my best to update this bio in December and June during the year, but please message me to confirm.
