Pet care experience
I’ve always loved taking care of dogs. Living on a farm we had many dogs and around the age of 8 I started training them to do tricks so I could impress people. I would teach basics like sitting, standing on hind legs, laying down, shaking their paw, and high fives. I learned how important it is to know how to communicate with dogs and other animals on the farm. Every one of them was different so each was a new challenge. I’m always excited to meet new friends and connect with them in a positive way as well as just getting to have fun.

We used Andrea when our normal rover was fully booked. I got my first update about 15 hours in and it was a negative. She texted me “she had run out for some errands and came back to this…” -I then got a video of pee everywhere including the couch and her blinds completely broken. I know for a fact this wasn’t my dog. He looks out our blinds at home all day, and when we keep them closed for him not to bark he never paws at them (she said they were closed, so she thinks that’s why he did it). He also hasn’t had an accident in years, but I still apologized and said I would reimburse tor the blinds because what else am I supposed to say to that update. She then admitted there was another puppy there and she didn’t know which dog did it. I still ended up reimbursing for the blinds even though she didn’t really know what happened when she was gone. I like to keep the peace, so was willing to reimburse and move on from this situation without a negative review. The reason I had to leave a negative is on top of dealing with all of that, my dog came back and has had nonstop diarrhea and vomiting (I got him back 2 days ago). She got $100 extra from us for blinds she couldn’t prove were damaged by our dog and now we get an extra vet bill. On the positive note, she did not abuse our dog and made sure he was safe.
Andrea handled everything like a pro. Thank you dearly for taking care of my dog.
I had a terrible experience with Andrea and her services. I dropped my dog off early in the morning because I was traveling out of town. She did not take him out to the restroom before she left her home and was gone for some time and he broke out of his kennel because he needed to go really bad. She was complaining that my dog did this and my dog did that. She also wanted to be compensated for him peeing inside her house or any “damage’ that he had caused from her not taking him out to the restroom. If you cannot handle it, do not get into the business dogs are going to be dogs. And you are being paid to perform your job of looking after him. I ended up having to get my dog picked up after only being there a few hours due to her nonstop complaining. Mind you I had left town and I had to come back that same night. I do not recommend.
Andrea is great! She is easy to work with and she treats my dog with kindness and care. Having her walk Fynn during lunchtime takes a major burden off my back. Thanks!

Let me know if your dog is hyper and would do best on solo walk rather than walks with other dogs. I can usually accommodate for everything if you let me know ahead of time. Note: I typically charge a 20% last minute fee for bookings requested less than 5 days before initial start day. Cancellation policy is 50% once booking has started. 80% for bookings that have not started, and a full refund for cancellations made a week or more before initial start day. I will also charge a cleaning fee for pets that are not potty trained. I understand if your pet has a couple accidents, but any more than a couple will result in a cleaning fee. I have had dogs damage furniture and property when someone claims that they are potty trained. Also, you must provide your dog’s kennel or cage if they need to be kenneled when left home alone. If they escape their kennel and damage property, I will also charge you for it, it is not my responsibility to make sure that your cage works for your dog.
A typical day
I go on a walk every morning with snuggles and like to switch up where I go. There’s a recreation center next to where I live with a trail, playgrounds, merry go round, water fountains, and plenty of interesting smells. I also like going around my quiet neighborhood.
