Pet care experience
I grew up with a beautiful black poodle named Velvet. I took her to obedience class when I was thirteen, and we were the stars of the class! We had an incredible bond. We’d go walking every day for hours, and she’d snuggle up next to me at night. Often, she still shows up in my dreams, so she never feels too far away. I’ve been a foster parent, because every pup needs a loving home and caring guardian. Now, I have three rescue Chihuahuas: Ashi, Brooklyn, and Carrie. They weigh just 22 lbs combined, and they love it when we have guests and company to broaden our pack! I have a huge heart and simply love being in the presence of pups. Frankly, I can’t get enough. I love to pet them, look in their eyes, and touch each other’s hearts and souls. It’s my mission to make sure pup parents know that their babies are having fun and are safe in expert hands. Me and my fur babies are always engaged in doggie outings; we meet up with friends daily to take long walks together. Pet sitting is a passion of mine. I love connecting fur-friends with each other. They take such simple joy in sniffing, welcoming, and playing with each new mate! I have many human and dog friends in my neighborhood, and we all get together to play, walk, and enjoy each other’s company. The fur babies also get lots of attentive care from me, including plenty of cuddles and an open invitation to sleep in my big, comfy bed--I always like to make sure everyone has fluffy soft blankets and a nice bed to sleep in! I live in a wonderful apartment in Beverly Hills with wood floors (great in case of accidents!). The area is clean and safe, and we have a 14-acre park across the street where we venture daily. Plus, there’s a great dog food store close by. I like to walk there and let my doggie guests sniff around and enjoy the play area. I’m extremely upbeat, warm, and loving. I love to play with fur babies and treat them with all the special care they deserve. I’ll often get on all fours and play right along with them, chasing them around and having lots of silly fun. People often comment on how good I am with dogs, especially with communication and making them feel relaxed and at ease.

I love all dogs but would prefer dogs on the smaller side if at all possible since I live in an apartment building I must keep the noise level down so 12 -15 lbs and under is best. However I can consider a larger dog if they are on the quiet side. In addition, I love to exercise and be active and will make sure your doggies gets plenty of fresh air, unless they are not up to that type of activity.
A typical day
I am all about love and positive reinforcement with our pups and I must admit I do put on the high pitched baby talk which my dogs just love. I will always keep my eye on your dog and never leave them alone - Never! If you like them to go on hikes, we can also take a trip to one of the local canyons, but only if that is what you want. I’ll be home with the pup all the time. We’ll wake up together, get outside first thing in the morning, and take a little walk. After breakfast, we’ll go out for a longer walk and get some nice exercise, then come back and catch some zzz’s. Mid-afternoon, we’ll hit the park, which is directly across the street from my home. There, we’ll walk with some of my friends, smell the grass in the park, see some squirrels, and maybe have a treat or two! We will have plenty of playtime and energetic walks all day - and all the naps we need!

Availability
Yes, I work from home so always with the pups. I enjoy taking walks around my neighborhood, but never venture out too far. I do not talk on my phone when walking either.
