I’m a licensed dog walker in the Castro area. I have been a volunteer veterinary technician for 8 years with Muttville Senior Dog Rescue, have worked as a volunteer dog walker with the SF SPCA for 8 years, have fostered for 12 years, and have three pups of my own. In short, dogs are a huge part of my life, and I look forward to caring for your pet as though they were my own. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes, large and small, and walking multiple members of your furry family as a group. Senior dogs and rescues have been my passion, and I understand their unique needs and the patience and time required to build confidence and security with these special pups.

Andre is knowledgeable about dogs and good at approaching a scared dog with lots of experience with fostering and rescues.
Andre has been so great with our 1.5 year old goldendoodle who is full of energy, a sweet, but also sometimes a little uneasy with strangers. He set up a pre-visit for her to get acquainted and comfortable. You can tell from the start that he is a natural with dogs and super professional. Our pup absolutely loves him, and we feel super lucky to know our girl is in good hands. Definitely recommend!
André is Fantastic! We were looking for a regular dog walker to spend time with our 2 year old ACTIVE dog. When we met, it was quickly clear that André really knows dogs and how to care for them. My pup goes crazy when André arrives, and comes home tired and happy. André is very reliable and a great communicator. He's proactive, which helps so much when I'm focused on work and can be a little scattered about everything else. I want someone who's going to create a safe and happy experience for my dog, and an easy experience for me. That's what André does for us.

Availability
I am available Monday through Friday for walks from 10am to 6pm. Volunteering, fostering, and dog walking are my primary day to day activities, so I have a flexible schedule, and am usually available for last minute bookings.
