I have raised and cared for animals all of my life, including a wide range of animals encompassing goats, pigs, water fowl, chickens, turkeys, horses, rabbits, dogs, cats, fish, axolotls, snakes, rats, ferrets, guinea pigs, and shrimp! I am usually able to adjust my work and/or childcare to be able to care for your scaled, feathered, and furbabies adequately while giving them the time and attention they need! Due to my work schedule at my day-job, I do charge an extra fee for travel distance if it is longer than a 20 minute drive from downtown wasilla to you! This rate is negotiable and varies with distance. As I said, i have raised and cared for numerous types of animals in my life, ranging from horses to shrimp, and have fostered and rescued cats for the past 10 years.

We love Anastasia! We had a lot of anxiety over leaving our pets for a trip but Anastasia made us feel sooo much better while we were away with daily updates and pictures! We have 5 dogs, 3 cats, and 3 hens and she juggled everyone and all their wild needs. 10/10 do recommend :D
Life saver :) she was great
Anastasia was absolutely wonderful! My two cats stayed with her while I traveled for work and then staying with her made me feel so much better about having to leave them. She’s super nice, took great care of them, and gave me updates pretty much every day. She’s definitely going to be my go to when I have to travel again.
Anastasia has been watching my dogs on and off for the past few years. I have 3 dachshunds and a special needs elderly toy poodle. They are the first person I call when I’m in need of a sitter. My dogs are my everything and I have no qualms about giving them my house keys. I know my dogs are in good care and my house will be as it was when I left. I have had Anastasia administer medication, feed my pets (each with specific dietary needs), walk them, and do general housekeeping with their cages. Anastasia is a wonderful person and an animal lover and your pet would be in great hands!

I have an unfenced yard, but we do have a run and i manage to keep sprinting cats and toddlers in without them escaping! :) For those who wouldn't bring pets to my home, my track record of never losing a pet outside hasn't been broken yet!

Let me know if your dogs are dog friendly! I don't mind if they aren't, I just need to know in the rare event there's an off-leash pup and I'm out with your pooch! Also, if your dog has any special care needs, including diet / exercize / medications / medical conditions. These don't factor in my ability to be your pup sitter, i just don't want to be in a pickle after you leave! Also, talk to me about sitting non-dog/cat animals as well!
A typical day
I love just following the pups lead! If your dog is very energetic, we may spend time playing and then having a nice rest afterwards. If your dog is a couch bug, we may just snuggle and have lots of pets, with some encouragement to play if they want to! Health and happiness are both important!

Availability
I currently have a full time job, but my schedule is all over the place, with some days having 8 hours and others having 3! Prior to 1 month advanced notice, I'll have to check my schedule to ensure i have the space for your pets, but more than 1 month out and i can request time off!
