Pet care experience
I am a huge animal lover, and owned dogs since I was 5 years old. I had dogs anywhere from 3 months old puppies to 15 year old senior. I currently have one 1 year old pup who loves every person and dog he meets! I am very active, and can definitely accommodate a high energy dog or dogs. I also have no issue watching a dog of any size or breed. I regularly take my own pup on hikes and to dog parks. I can watch your pets in your home or possibly in my home if everyone gets along. I have also nannied for over 10 years, so I am reliable and very trust-worthy. I am available pretty much day and night, and on the weekends. Anastasia has been great with our little pitbull pup. I never thought I'd feel anxiety over leaving my dog at home, but it's a big relief knowing that Anastasia is playing with her for a bit on those days when I'm gone the whole time. Our puppy acted up a bit after our last dog walker. Not so with Anastasia. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I had Anastasia stay with my pups. She is warm, friendly and responsible. The dogs were comfortable around her the first time she came to my house. After both stays, I found the house in good order and happy dogs. I will definitely contact her next time I am looking for someone to stay with my dogs.

I usually dog sit in my clients’ homes to make it easier, but my own house has a yard and I also own an adjustable crate if the owners would prefer their pup to be crated rather than have access to freely roam the house.

Please let me know if the dog is friendly, has any allergies or any behaviors that need to be kept in mind. I’ve volunteered for various shelters and all my own dogs have been rescues, so I am aware that some pups might need a little extra time and help to be comfortable.
A typical day
I would abide by the owners' requests, and can be as active or as laid back as needed. With my own pets, I usually take them to the dog park several times a week, and spend Saturday mornings taking the youngest one for a hike/ swim, then brunch!

Availability
My schedule is pretty flexible, and my mom and husband always love to help out with any cats and dogs that might require extra attention. Otherwise, I usually work 2-3 nights per week so my work schedule allows me to accommodate the busiest or the most maintenance free cats and dogs. I have tons of references who love the extra coverage and peace of mind.
