Your dog will have nothing short of my full attention when I am caring for him or her! I grew up with a variety of animals, predominantly dogs. I love all breeds of dogs, and have yet to come across one I didn't fall in love with immediately! I am comfortable with all dog sizes and cats. I currently do not have any animals in my apartment. The weight limit is 25 lbs, which is why I offer my services at your home. My father, whom I don't live with, adopted his dog Dexter (a German pinscher), from the shelter I volunteer at- the Dublin SPCA. I have been volunteering at the SPCA for 3 years and am involved in the Canine Companion & Enrichment program. In this program I learned how to train puppies and dogs to sit, shake, fetch, respond to their name, and to walk on leash/harness without pulling. I am also involved in their foster program and have fostered dogs, puppies, and kittens, some who needed oral and topical medication. I love going on long walks, so if your dog has some extra energy, I can take him or her out for an extended walk or play time in a nearby dog park. I am able to provide transportation if needed, but not for dogs that are extremely large. The largest dog that has been in the backseat of my car was a 140 pound Alaskan malamute/great Pyrenees mix, and she took up nearly its whole length.
