Celebrating the glory of dogs!
Pet care experience
I've had dogs all while growing up, my mom bred and showed dogs when I was a kid, so we have always known good training habits and how to keep happy healthy dogs. I have two rescues who are super well-adjusted and loving, and we live on a 37 acre farm with fields, woods, paths and a fantastic stream - it's heaven! The downstairs of my barn is set up for doggy daycare, and we have a fenced-in play yard connected. The house is super dog-friendly, my dogs enjoy couches and the bed and have lots of toys to share. I have two cats, but they are used to dogs and can easily avoid them, so it isn't necessary that your dog be good with cats. If your dog has good recall, we can even go down the road to an off-leash dog-walking park that is a blast! We have loads of fun.
Reviews

I got updates and pictures every day! My boy came home, jumped in bed and was snoring before I knew it. Ana definitely understands dogs and how to deal with them!

I’m sure Boogie is already missing playtime at Ana’s. She provided awesome photos and great updates for my pup while i was gone. She allowed me to set up a meet and greet and would definitely take my pup back !

My puppy Mabel stayed with Ana and her crew for a week over Christmas. We received daily photos and updates, which really helped with any anxiety. Mabel was able to socialize with other dogs, continue her crate training, and play outside constantly! She came back tired but happy and that's all we could ask for!

She is amazing with my timid dog and captured some amazing photo updates during his stay! Her set up and farm are perfect for any dog frightened of the vet or clinical settings. It has worked wonders on my sweet old dog and he loved his stay so much. Thank you for going above and beyond in all the wonderful updates.

I have my two dogs who love to play, and love to make friends, and a super fun property for the dogs to play in. A fenced-in yard for playtime, the barn is set up for dogs to play inside on the gross days, and we sometimes go for walks on the property which is secluded woods and fields out of danger of any roads. The barn has a cozy insulated room with a pellet stove for chilly times of year, and the dogs can move freely in and out as they like! The dogs are crated as little as possible, so typically just for meals and while I’m asleep, so that I know they’re safe. I’ve found that they sleep best when they can see their friends, so the crates are together, and the dogs sleep as a pack, which has been comforting even for those not crate-trained.

Information Ana L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know where you're at with vaccines, and flea/tick treatment. I know they're special, so tell me all about that, whether it's special needs or otherwise! We usually don't feed during daycare, but if your dog needs to eat more often, please bring the food so we can have a private eating time for them.
A typical day
We normally start with play time in the dog yard, to get out the initial nerves, directing the dogs attention by throwing balls and playing tug-o-war so that excited dogs can play and if a dog wants to sniff around alone, they're free to do so. Once everyone is calmed a bit, we free play before deciding who should go on the walk. We walk to the back of the property, through woods and fields, to a really nice stream. The dogs love it! Then when we come back, it's usually nap time for a bit. Once everybody is up playing again, we go out for more free play. Any super hyper doggies can go on a second walk, if needed, towards the end of the day. Snoozers can stay comfy! When we have enough dogs, no walk is necessary as they wear themselves out during free play! But we play it by ear.

I work from home, fixing up the farm and running my doggy daycare. I love being home with the animals, so having dog-friends come and stay is very easy and joyful!
