I do not have any breed preferences but a meet & greet with my new guests is important prior to booking their first stay. Please know: 1. Meet & Greets take place in our home. 2. Meet & Greets are by appointment only. 3. Please bring your dog(s) and current vaccination records. HOUSE POLICIES: BOARDING: Rate is calculated per 24-hour period. Pricing starts when you drop your dog off and pick up would be the same time on the last day of the stay. If drop-off and pick-up times vary by more than 2 hours a daycare fee will be applied. Pet Arrival & Departure: All pet arrivals and departures are by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment with me in advance to drop-off or pick-up your dog. We open our doors to our guests starting at 5:30 am and last pick up time is no later than 7:00 pm NOTE - If it is a first time visitor drop off cannot be any later than 3pm. Reason for it is to give the pups a chance to get to know the house and our family well before nighttime falls. We want them as comfortable as possible before bedtime. NOTE - Due to early morning hours and settling the pups for a good night sleep we try to avoid any disturbances after 8pm. Any pick up time after 8pm is considered after hours and one more boarding night charge will be applied. So if there is a chance for pick up delays we suggest you to book one additional night for pick up to happen the next morning. ALL clients are REQUIRED to provide proof of up to date shots and vaccinations, specifically: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo NO refunds, partial or otherwise, will be given for early pick up. DAYCARE: Rate is per “Day” per pet. A “Day” is consistent of a max of 12 hours. Our house is open at 6am for daycare and drop off time must be agreed upon in advance. Pick up between 5 pm and 6 pm. -- No pick up any later than 6 pm. Any pick up time after 6 pm is considered After hours, and it will turn into overnight. Clients will be charged an additional $15 for overnight and pick up time will be the next morning by no later than 8 am. IF later than 8 am, a new daycare charge will be applied. Socialization & Relationships: 1 - Do they get along with other dogs? 2 - Do they get along with kids? ( We dont have any kids but our neighbors kids love playing with doggies) 3 - Are they toy aggressive? Fun & Relaxation Activities: 2 - Depending on their age and joints, are they ok to run around? 3 - Ok to take them for walks? 4 - Any preferred toys? 5 - Are they allowed on the couch? 6 - What is their preferred place to sleep?

Aside from a fenced grassy backyard, my cul de sac is a great place to take the doggies for a walk ! Going out to get the mail while saying hello to the neighbors is actually a pretty awesome sunset activity that I hope to share with my guests!
