I have had dogs all my life and have been rescuing strays my entire life also, I'm a stray dog magnet, when I see a dog in distress I run to save it, I get it back in shape and find a friend that will take it, everyone I know has one of my rescues, I lost my Jackie boy November, 2015, at the age of 16 and was very sad and a friend recommended I start working with Rover and I've been doing it for three years and it's been a pleasure getting to know all these wonderful dogs, I've always had dogs and treated them better than a lot of people treat their children, they are a lot better than people. The dogs will never be crated unless specified by the owner at bed time, they are running around having fun or relaxing on their bed or my couch, whatever they prefer to do, that's why it's also important that the dogs I sit are socialized and get along with other dogs because there will be lots of play time, they will always be supervised by me even when they are running around in the yard, you never know what's lurking out there, a frog for example, safety is my no. 1 priority, closely followed by lots of puppy love. I will follow each dog's individual schedule and routine, i.e. feeding time, walking time. They will have a vacation while you are on vacation.
