Ana is a very sweet person! She came for a meet and greet and Riley took to her right away. She was gracious to offer extrat help when a few last minute things came up (on our part) before our trip. Riley seemed well cared for and content when we got back. My only "complaint" is we keep pur backyard very clean and free of dog feces at all times (buy and use our own poop bags). Upon arrival home we did not know therr was any dog poop in the yard until I stopped on some...then we preceded to find lots of piles and had to spend time cleaning all of it up in backyard. Not sure the miscommunciation as we went over this at meet and greet and it was printed in the notes we left as well as showed where poop bags were and where to dispose of it....other than that everything was great. Still fiving 5 stars :)

This was our first time using Rover and the very first time our dog Ralphie stayed with someone outside our family. Thanks to Ana, it was a WONDERFUL first experience. Ralphie stayed with Ana for 5 nights while we were out of town. When we picked him up, we could tell he had the best time with her. He was so relaxed and happy. Since we've been home, we swear he's been looking around for Ana lol. We think he might love her more than he loves us! Ana is so sweet, professional, responsive, and very accommodating. So happy we found her!
