I love dogs. I helped save close to 20 dogs with a fostering organization in Denver, having the dogs in my house anywhere from a week to a couple of month. I make sure that your pets feel like they are part of the family while in my care. I have 2 energetic labs, so are conscious of getting our guest pups daily activity to meet their needs, whether it's a walk at Owen park, or a frisbee session, or a short walk down the driveway. I usually try and go hiking several times a week and if that is something that you do with your dog, I'd be happy to take them!! I am comfortable with administering any needed medications, and I am super comfortable with senior dogs, as we have a 13 yo pup. I have owned dogs myself for over 13 years and can’t imagine a life with out our 4 legged companions!! Your dog will be in the best possible care while with me.

Petey had a great time, we could tell by how at ease he was when we picked him up after being away.
Our dogs were well cared for and given plenty of walks and play. Careful attention to instructions and a long history of taking care of dogs is a plus. Amy and Tim are very user-friendly and comfortable. They put us at ease right away where leaving our dogs was concerned. We would definitely use them again

Rocco had a great stay at Amys At first he was afraid and wanted to get back in the truck but by the time we cane to bring him home he was wandering back to their door. He liked the walks and being around the other dogs and he liked the fenced in yard too.Amy and her husband are real dog people and understand all sizes and ages of dogs.

Please bring (if watching overnights) anything that is part of your pup’s daily life: their bed, crate, toys, favorite blanky!! **please note that overnight boarding is in 24 hour increments. For stays that require an extra day of care to accommodate pick up times, a daycare rate will be added to the overall boarding stay.
A typical day
I love to go on walks, and regularly exercise our labs at parks or on the Mountain to Sea Trail, or a hike. Just tell me your dog's routine and what would make them most happy... I am happy to participate!! I know how lovely it is when your dog's exercise needs are met.
