I've rescued and fostered dogs/puppies for many years. Ranging from 1 dog, up to a full litter of puppies. Many came with medical issues and required medication and doctor visits. I would also bath my fosters, poddy train and get them used to family life since they all came from shelters and were not trained. This is part of fostering though and I love doing it so I can save lives. I'm new to Rover and used it for my mom who is out of state to help her with her dogs and thats why I'm here. I have 2 small dogs of my own (1 senior pug and 1 small middle aged pup) and am I currently not fostering any dogs at the moment and would love to give this a try. I am a Family of 3 with a 13 year old son who loves dogs as well and has helped me foster over the years. My son loves playing ball with dogs when we dog sit for our freinds and neighbors. We have a large yard (1/4 acre) that is very secure for your pups to play in or they can hang out and watch TV with us. Your dogs will be treated like they are our own. I work during the week, but I do have doggy doors that go from the inside of the house to the outside yard so they can go poddy. I can also crate them inside while I'm away during the day. It all depends on your preference.
