Pet care experience
My name is Amy, and I have 7 years experience as a rescue volunteer and foster of many dogs!! I have also recently gotten involved with animal transports. I will come stay at your place so your dog feels more comfortable. My dog will not be around. I have a family member that lives with me and cares for my dog while I work. I have worked with dogs with anxiety issues and medical issues, including insulin shots and food diets, so that is no problem. Big or small dogs, no problem. They will be treated as one of my own while in my care. I send you photos/updates while you are away so you can be assured on how you pet is doing. You can be confident your family member will be in good hands!! I also do drop ins for cats or overnights if needed I am self employed driving for Lyft and Uber and make my own schedule, so I can work around your pets schedule and needs. The care and needs of your family member is my main priority I can do things according to your pets schedule. Play inside or outside, weather permitting. If allowed on furniture, there will be plenty of snuggling. The only thing I can't do are walks due to osteo arthritis in my back.

Amy takes great care of our two people-oriented cats! She housesat for us for several trips, from a weekend to two weeks, and we have booked her for several upcoming trips too. I love that she stays over at the house, so the cats are not left alone for long. My cat takes a pill with her meal 3x per day, and Amy is reliable with following her consistent meal times. Our other cat is indoor-outdoor, and he appreciates that she lets him spend time outside as her schedule allows. They love her! She leaves the house in great condition too.
Amy was great with our reactive and anxious dog! It was the first time he’s stayed with a “stranger” and we were really nervous but she definitely put us at ease. We definitely will book again ?

A typical day
If your dog enjoys car rides, we can go to the park to play. If you have a fenced yard we can play outside. Lots of snuggles if your dog is a snuggler.
