We prefer small to medium breeds. High energy is ok as long as they are potty trained and don't chew on furniture ;) However we understand sometimes dogs have accidents in new places. We have told floor throughout the house, so occasional clean ups are easy. We don't keep much on the floor besides toys and sometimes shoes. So please let us know if we should pick up shoes and ask that if there is any damage caused by your animal we would be compensated. Otherwise it's all fun and games!

We go on at least 2 walks a day with plenty of potty breaks out back in the fenced yard. We love to play fetch with frisbies and balls!
