Pet care experience
Hey there! I've been lucky enough to care for a whole bunch of furry friends throughout my life, including a Black Lab, a Yorkie, a Maltese, a Weimaraner, a Mutt, a Pitbull, a German Shepherd, and 3 cats. I've also done my fair share of fostering, including a mom and puppy Chihuahua, a couple of dogs, and a 10-year-old Pitbull with behavioral issues. Oh, and let's not forget about my current pup, Loki - I fostered him after he got hit by a car and had to teach him how to walk again! He's now living his best life with me and my three rescue cats (one of which I found in a desert bush!). I know how it feels to leave your furry family members in the care of strangers, so I promise to treat your pets like my own. I'm happy to take your dog on a relaxing walk or a hike, and I'm great with cats too! Plus, I have experience giving medication, even to stubborn seniors.

Amy is definitely an empathetic and compassionate pet owner. However, this extends far beyond her own fur babies! She loves all animals and cares for them like her own. She is definitely responsible and responsive, putting the animal needs first. She, without fail, ensures they get the care they need (the basics as well as snuggles, walks, and extra treats)!

Medication, temperament, boarding, harness and leash instructions and if they are showing any changes in mood or behaviors that day. In addition, please list any triggers they have - other dogs, cars, children, cats, squirrels!
A typical day
I love to be outside! Daily walks are the highlight of my day - especially if a dog can join me :) If it is hot out, I MAKE SURE my dog only goes on walks in shaded areas or up in the mountains. Paws will be protected. Walks and stimulation will of course be tailored to your pets needs! Also happy to hang around the house and throw a tennis ball in your backyard!
