Pet care experience
I have a lot of experience taking care of many different animals. But my specialties are horses and dogs. I work on a farm as well and take care of all the animals there as well. I have worked with many different breeds as well such as Golden Retrievers, Flat Coat Retrievers, Corgis, Boxers, Border Collies, Aussies, German Shepherds, Newfoundlands, Cocker Spaniels, Labs, ect. I love to provide daily exercises that can challenge them or just to be fun for them! I love to take walks and be outdoors. I try to be outside as much as I can even in my personal life. Whatever your dog needs are I will do my absolute best to provide for them! I am excited to get to work with you and your dogs!

Amy stopped by for a drop-in today to discover that one of our dogs was missing! Leila—our Basset Hound— had escaped out of the backyard! (She has a doggy door to the backyard.) Luckily, a neighbor had noticed & took her in & left a note on our door to call. Amy handled the situation, called the number, & brought our Leila home. I am so thankful I came home to BOTH my dogs! Amy even called to make me aware of the situation and that Leila was home safe.
We will definitely be hiring Amy for future drop-ins & when we go out of town in a couple of weeks! We met her this morning, and my husband & I and our dogs liked her very much! We have an English Mastiff and a Basset Hound. We used to have family dog sit when we would travel, but we were just relocated to Toledo in October by our employer and don’t have family nearby anymore. I am so glad we met Amy! She responded quickly to my questions on Rover and confirmed her appointment with us the night before, and our dogs warmed up to her very quickly. Sadie, our Mastiff, barked at her, as she does to all strangers, when Amy first got here; but Amy wasn’t intimidated, which was a huge relief! She also recommended a local vet, since we just moved, and I really appreciated that information.
