We were extremely happy with the care given to our dog and home by Amy. We received regular updates with questions that communicated her care and awareness of our dogs habits and issues. Amy communicated about a health issue that arose the day we returned, which we took care of when we got back, but we trusted that Amy would have dealt with it if we hadn’t been returning that day. Will definitely book ...

Amy was excellent! Great communication and great central location. I could tell she took great care of my dogs. It almost seemed like they didn't want to leave. Thank you

Amy was awesome! She was extremely attentive, the dogs loved her, and she was a great house sitter too! She left the house even cleaner than when she arrived. I would definitely host Amy as a dog sitter again.

Flexible schedule and active!

As a PhD student, I have a fairly flexible schedule when I am in town, and can care for your dog when you need. I do not have any pets of my own, so I can board dogs that need their own space. I typically work 9-5 during the day, and while that schedule is flexible, I do best with dogs that can be alone for part of the day. I travel out of town ...

What Amy would like to know about your dog

I request to know about your dog's temperament, typical schedule, and any little quirks or special needs. Does he like to walk the same route every day? Does she tell me when she needs to go out, or should I take her out every 4 hours? How does he respond to strangers and other dogs on our walk? What behavioral issues should I know about? Also, my neighbor has a cat that likes to hang out in my yard, so please let me know if your dog is reactive to cats.

When Amy watches your pet

I am generally only able to take smaller dogs at my house due to rental restrictions. At my house, I have a high-fenced small back yard that is open to your dog whenever I am home, and a large fenced-in front yard where I can throw a ball for your dog that likes to play. I am happy to walk your dog around my neighborhood. I do not have a doggie door at my house, so they need to be OK for several hours at a time alone at home or in a kennel.
