I am an experienced dog sitter and love to host your pet! But please read, as I have limited availability due to my work. I have a 3 year old pup, and can only host dogs that are well mannered inside and out, tolerate the antics of a very energetic dog, and are up to date on vaccines. Medium sized dogs will do best, but please let me know how they get on with an energetic playful pup. Some small and large dogs will do well here if they like to play; my dog is working on her manners and learning to leave others alone if they do not want to play. I typically am away for work from ~8-5 on weekdays. I can telework very limited days, so generally I can only take dogs that are crate trained or can be left in a separate room whenever I am out of the house. I don't leave the dogs together unsupervised. I am not a good option for dogs that need attention throughout the day or for short (<1 day) stays during the week because I am out at work. I am a good fit for weekend stays, and for longer mid-week stays that allow me to get to know your dog and fit them into my daily routine. We walk early morning and late afternoon/evenings, and your dog nees to be okay hanging out alone while I am at work during the day. Please note that I can often only schedule a few weeks out, since my work schedule sometimes requires traveling. I have experience caring for small to large dogs, am very active, and love to take your dog for daily walks and spend time playing in the yard. We do regular walks around the neighborhood and on the rim trail, and occasional longer hikes. My puppy loves to play, so we'll get lots of exercise!
