Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Amy and I am 23 years old. I have a myriad of expirence working with animals. Starting from age 10, I fell I love with horses and the equestrian world. I worked at a horse farm and cared for and rode a horse named Harley, I gave him his nickname “Muffin”. After I graduated highschool I worked on several horse farms, as well as a Veterinarian’s office where I was trained as a veterinarian technician. Currently I am perusing my degree and my passions. I am available during the early mornings, evenings and some afternoons. I enjoy staying active and your dog will too, since there is a dog park minutes from my home and several areas in the immediate vecinity where they can romp and play! My dogs Penelope and Snuggles are the cutest little mother daughter duo. Snuggles is a spunky Dachsund and ‘Penny’ is a sweet little Shih-tzu/ Dachsund mix (a shiweenie). We will welcome your dog with open paws!

Amy has watched my dog Winter on numerous occasions when I had to go out of town. First, Winter loves Amy! She is an animal person through and through and has a natural ability to connect with animals of all kinds (I've also seen her in action with large and small dogs, cats, birds, and horses). Amy can follow directions and is trustworthy to always come and take care of your pet (she understands the importance of getting your dog exercised, fed, and taken out for a potty break). She has worked at a vet hospital and also worked at a horse farm, reliably taking care of animals on a regular basis. You won't have any worries if you've hired Amy to take care of your pets!
