Pet care experience
There will be no shortage of love bestowed upon your dog in this home as I only take one dog at a time unless they come as a pair. Were I ever to be brave enough to leave my dog with someone other than my best friend, I would want it to be in a home like ours. We take whatever time necessary to make them feel comfortable, safe and adored. Not only are both parents dog lovers, but my twin 16 year olds are besotted with anything with four legs. Our own dog, Otis, is very comfortable around any other dog, big or small and loves the company on our long walks in the woods. We have chosen Rover because we understand the anxiety of leaving a family member behind when we travel and would like to provide other families with the comfort of knowing their four legged friends are well cared for while the family is unavailable. We can't wait to love your dog almost as much as you do.

Amy was wonderfully flexible as airline delays kept changing the timing of the pickup time we had originally planned. She kept my beloved dog Callie happy, entertained, and cared for. Callie came home happy and content. Amy has a deep understanding and love of dogs, and that made my ability to convey Callie’s unique personality and needs very easy. Her home is very dog-welcoming, and her family members all are eager to offer warm hospitality to visiting dogs.
Amy is Amazing! I honestly felt so insecure leaving my dog at a kennel since he’s never spent anytime in a cage. Amy made me feel so comfortable and she made my pup feel right at home the entire time I was gone. She really is a blessing and I would never hesitate to have her watch Theo again. She kept us in the know with all of Theo’s habits and sent plenty of pictures. Thank you again Amy!
Amy was wonderful, look no further for a sitter you can trust! She took in our nervous, old pup as one of her own and gave frequent updates to keep my mind at ease. So nice to know our dog was so loved when we were away!
I can’t say enough about Amy and her family. She made my boy feel like part of her family while his family was away. I had complete trust in Amy and would recommend her to anyone who wants to have piece of mind that their dog is being loved and cared for in the best possible way while they are away from home.

If the trails are too soggy, we live in a private community that is full of dogs and perfect for casual strolls. With two teens in the house, there is always a game of fetch or chase to be had.
