Pet care experience
My experience includes pet-sitting and walking for dogs ranging from 10 lbs to two 70+ lb dogs at once. I currently volunteer at an animal shelter, and spend time with both dogs and cats, helping out in a number of tasks, from cleaning and feeding, to walking and light grooming. I'm comfortable with a wide variety of dog breeds/sizes and walking in any number of weather conditions. While able to handle larger dogs, I am a fairly small female, so an aggressive or hyperactive large dog might not be a good fit. However, I love working with more easy-going larger dogs. I enjoy staying active and being outside, so why not bring some new fur-friends along! I will do home visits for cats, too! Thanks!

Amy was a lifesaver! She was able to meet with us on short notice when our last sitter cancelled, and wasn't phased when a neighbor's dog joined in on a visit too! She took plenty of photos on her visits and even took the time to get to know our kitty too. Our two pups loved her!! We will absolutely use her again!!
Amy saved the day for my 2 year-old lab-mix, Ophelia! Amy had taken care of my parents dog a couple of years ago and when I found myself unexpectedly without daycare, I thought she may be willing to help. With less than 12 hours notice, Amy drove an hour, coaxed my hiding, growling, timid friend out from under the couch, got her in the car and took her to a nearby wooded area for over an hour saving Ophelia from a 12+ hour day alone! Did I mention that Amy also texted me updates and pictures and cleaned up after Ophelia's accident on the sofa? Thank you, Amy!
Amy has been giving exceptional care to my animals for close to 20 years. She is a very sensitive human and therefore is very sensitive to the needs of animals of all kinds. She has taken care of my dogs, my cat, and my chickens with nothing but the best attention to detail and spirit of caring. She always does what I ask and even more than I expect when she takes care of my furry family. I have trusted Amy 100% with my animals and my home and we’ve all been blessed by Aimy.
Amy Oliveira is absolutely a responsible and loving dog caregiver. In fact, she took care of my dog Krispy this past weekend, feeding and walking her as well as keeping her company. Amy loves animals, but is especially fond of dogs and cats. She volunteers at a dog shelter, and is very sweet to all of the dogs there.
