Pet care experience
I am a first year veterinary student at the Univeristy of Pennsylvania. Animals and their well being are my passion, and I will ensure the most compassionate care for your pets! I have a flexible schedule but it does vary day to day with my school schedule. I have plenty of animal experience. My family has many dogs and I have my own personal cat, Ramona! I currently work at Penn Vet Hospital as a veterinary assistant. I also volunteer at my local animal shelter and have interned at the Philadelphia Zoo. I am active and will love to play and walk with your dogs. But I am also considerate and organized and will make sure to respect your home and pets as if they were my own. I can't wait to meet you and your pets!

Amy was amazing with our dogs. We have quite the hyper shepherded mix and she does so well with him. I will have her dog sit for us anytime she can. We love Amy!!
Amy is an amazing dog sitter! My dog and my cats love her so much and get so excited whenever she comes over. She recently house sat for me and my husband for over two weeks and the house was in perfect condition when we returned. She takes care of our pets as if they are her own and puts in a lot of effort to learn their likes/dislikes and specific routines. It’s so nice to have someone I trust completely to watch them!

I have cats at my home who are dog and cat friendly so they can keep your pets company! However if you prefer me to stay at your home I would be respectful of your space. I would continue your pets daily routine as you would and I would try to give them extra love and attention as I’m sure they’re missing their owner! I would love to play, take them for walks, or just give them all the pets! I would care for your pets and your home as if they were my own.

A typical day
I would try to care for your dogs physically and mentally. I know being away from their owners can be nerve wracking for pets so I try to be extra compassionate and put in extra time comforting them any way I can. I think it’s important to keep up the routine they are used to so I like to take the time to discuss daily routines with my clients so I can adjust to your pets needs. I would love to take them for walks or play with enrichment toys.

I am a full time student so outside of class time I am free to care for pets whether it’s overnight stays, drop in visits, or walks!
