I have had pets all my life and currently have a 5 pound Yorkie poo rescue. My husband and I have 3 grown daughters and we have always had dogs. I have been a teacher for 26 years, have all of my clearances, and would be more available in the summer months. My oldest daughter is on Rover and her and her husband have really enjoyed the experience. Since I love to walk and jog and play with animals, this seems to be a good fit for me, too. I grew up with retired German Shepard police dogs, I’ve taken care of a St. Bernard, a Doberman, and a variety of small dogs. I’m comfortable giving meds, and we have a very large fenced in yard.
