Pet care experience
I have loved dogs my entire life and currently have 2 rescues of my own, Jazzy, a 5 year old, 80 pound Shepherd mix and Cookie, a 3 year old petite Collie, weighing in at 60 pounds. We live in Plymouth Meeting and have a fenced in backyard. My yard is treated for mosquitos, fleas and ticks every 3 weeks. If your dogs are friendly with other dogs and up-to-date on all vaccinations, I’m happy to invite them to hang out with Cookie, Jazzy and me if your needs require overnight care. Throughout my life I have always had dogs and cats. I will treat your pets as if they are one of my own. I am energetic, responsible and reliable. I’ve spent the last 25 years working in the corporate travel industry and due to restructuring at my previous company, I am in career transition... Rover provides a fantastic opportunity to connect myself with pet owners who want the best care for their furry companions. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! **NOTE** I set up my Rover profile and tore my ACL a few weeks later so had to deactivate my profile, but now I'm ready to play with your pets! **

Amy is a loving and caring person and awesome with dogs. Our dog Millie is a Chihuahua Terrier mix and is always happy to see Amy. Amy is very reliable, you know your dog is going to be cared for with love and attention.
Amy has been my best friend since 1999. Ever since I have known her she always had a dog(s). Her love for dogs goes a long way. Her neighbor was in a car accident and was in the hospital for months. Amy brought the neighbor's dogs to her house and cared for them. Amy also does rescue runs for dogs that are going to be euthanized. She volunteers at Harley's Haven Dog Rescue.
Amy is one of my beautiful neighbors. I truly believe Amy is born for this job! Honestly, I have personally witnessed Amy take a very sick women dog (Mugsy) into her home after her owner was sent to a Hospital/rehabilitation center. I’ve also seen Amy return lost dogs in the neighborhood. I’ve even seen Amy try to catch a wounded goose to take to the SPCA. I can go on-on about her awesomeness! I highly recommend Amy for this job!
Cookie and Jazzy, won the Doggie Lottery when they were rescued by Amy. They are well-trained and loved like human children. Amy definitely has a special connection with animals and is an extremely responsible person. She often helps with rescue transports and fund raising. Much of her life is dedicated to her love of animals.
